Cierra Clark

  • Senior Clinical Research Coordinator

I completed my Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry at North Carolina State University. After I graduated, I moved back to Maryland and began working at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. I served as a Research Laboratory Technician for the Department of Orthopaedics where I performed experiments centered on finding a potential treatment option for Osteomyelitis and novel therapies for patients with Osteogenesis Imperfecta. I then moved on to work for the Geneva Foundation as a Research Associate where I examined the effect of the Zika virus on the blood-brain barrier in pregnant women using 3D printing models. Afterwards, I moved to Pittsburgh to pursue my Masters in Biomedical Sciences at the University of Pittsburgh. Now I am a Senior Clinical Research Coordinator with the RNEL team!
