I am a rising Junior at the University of Pittsburgh majoring in bioengineering with a minor in neuroscience. I am an adminstrative/office assistance at the UPMC Shadyside Neurological Surgery Department. This is my first research position.

Research Interest Summary

Neural Engineering, Neuroprosthetics, Motor Control, Spinal Cord Stimulation

Research Interests

I am extremely passionate about spinal cord sitmulation and neuroprosthetics roles in the neural engineering field and how they are used to improve the quality of life in impaired individuals. If one day possible, I would love to see spinal cord stimulation improve drastically with the aid of neuroprosthesis to allow someone suffering from paralysis be able to independently able to walk again.
